Best Practices to Set Up Appointments & 3-Way Calls

Each team leader clearly communicates the following:

          1. Leader blocks out time & communicates availability in schedule to set up appointments & 3-way calls.

          2. Leader provides clear direction as to how your team contacts you to set up an appointment.

                         (suggested tools:  voxer -  online scheduling tool)

          3. Teach your team why requesting a specific type of call is important

                         (see description & purpose of call types below to serve as reminders)

          4. Teach what info or docs are needed for each type of call and when to deliver the informamation.  

                          (explain it - model it - repeat it  **Key leadership point: Anything worth duplicating is worth repeating)

          5. Provide verbal voxer to your leader to communicate the person's FORM, SIGN, WITT and WIIFT.  

                         (sharing relational info. verbally adds a depth of understanding to any written documents about a person)

and any other information, reports or documents needed.
